HiExpat: Thank you very much Kika, it is a true honor for us to have you as a guest in this edition, your career as an event planner specializing in weddings is impressive. We know that Ecuador is a country with magical landscapes and that it is a destination chosen by many when taking "the big step" in marriage. Could you tell us a bit about how you started your career in this beautiful and exciting area of event planning?
Kika: My career in the events industry began more than 15 years ago as the director of my BTL agency.
I am a publicist and designer by profession and this allowed me to manage corporate events, brand activations, and product launches for very important people in the country.
In 2009 I decided to turn my business around and into what I discovered I was more passionate about. I decided to pursue more training and in 2010 I started my destination wedding organization and event design company, and launched my new brand Kika Wedding Planning.
